iTA Meets – Management software for GOMs

iTA Meets was born in everyday clinical practice, in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Oncological Groups (GOM) of the AULSS 3 SERENISSIMA of Venice Mestre, with the aim of providing a tool and computerized support capable of improving interaction and organizational-managerial activities of the GOMs.
iTA Meets is a web-based management platform dedicated to optimizing multidisciplinary workflows during all operations of planning, organizing and executing discussions.
The main features of iTAMeets allow you to:

• create and manage multidisciplinary teams
• create and manage multidisciplinary meetings
• prepare and upload patient records
• keep track of an attendance register in csv format
• collect data and conduct statistical analysis.

iTAMeets therefore allows to reduce the times related to the management of each meeting, providing the possibility to prepare all the documentation necessary for the study of the clinical case, to share it with the team and to generate reports at the end of each meeting.
The system was designed and developed in collaboration with the UOC Radiotherapy Oncology of Venice Mestre and tested and validated with the GOM PNL of the same and with the Polytechnic of Turin through some theses.
The peculiarity consists in the possibility of customizing the application according to the needs of the center with particular attention to the integration of radiological and radiotherapy imaging (iTA Web).
