Deformable registration

As part of a project that aims to create tools for the analysis and advanced evaluation of radiotherapy datasets, we are completing a module for the deformable registration of 3D images acquired both with the same modality and with different imaging modalities. Indexes will be provided to evaluate the quality of the recording.
